By nature, I am a planner. I’ve organized and facilitated multiple short- and long-term planning processes for organizations of all kinds. For example, I convened about 30 educators and employers for a community planning process focused on strengthening pathways between K-12 and college or career. I also led a process to create a growth-focused strategic enrollment plan and co-chaired a community college planning effort with the aim of increasing graduation rates for underserved student populations.
